Class 2 Week 2... huh! :)
Well, Class 2 is gettin' harder and harder but it's lovely. hheheh Here is the revised assignment for the Week 1.
This is the place where I will be organising the thoughts and notes during my character animation studies at AnimationMentor.com :) I hope you will have any benefit from these or at least - fun. :) Cheers.
Dear Visitors,
Please find some time to follow the link below and listen to the words of Steve Jobs (CEO of Apple Computer and PIXAR Animation Studios). Please please please do not read the transcript but *listen* to his story. Listen and think about it... think about yourselves. Thank you.

Thanks to Shun Chu for putting this invaluable material online, to Bobby "BOOM" Beck for sharing this treasure with us, the AM students, to Sean MacNeil and a huge THANK YOU Steve! I always wanted to believe that superheroes exist among us and now I know they do. :)
WOOOT!! Back on the track as the new term started today! It's great to see so many new faces around the AM and a special HI&WELCOME goes to them. :) hahha I have some sort of nostalgic feelings when I think of what's expecting those guys. Man, they simply cannot imagine what is next - A TON OF KNOWLEDGE AND FUN!! WOOT! I hope they will enjoy being a part of AM community as I did (and am). I'm so excited that my whole day was 'dedicated' to animation.
New lecture on overlapping is AWESOME!!!! I *LOVE* it! Those guys are marvelous! And my new mentor, Mike Walling MAAAAAAN!! The guy is SUPERCOOL! I just can't wait our first QnA at Thursday morning!
I know... So much capitalization and exclamation but I'M SO HAPPY TO BE A PART OF AM and all this excitement is SO GREAT AND BOOSTING!!! WEEEEEE!!!!!
At Saturday we'll have the first global QnA (for Level 2&3 students) and it would be great to see those faces again. ;) Almost all of the people from our first class is together again!! BillDers & Wallingmates will ruuuuuule the animation galaxy!! hahhaahhaha
I would like to say goodbye and thanks to four of our friends from the 1st class that are no longer with us: Ana, Carlos, Daan and Martin. We miss you already and hope that will see you again soon. :( Take care dudes.
And Paul, you're still one of us. ;)
It's time for bed.
WEEEEEEEEEE!!! hhaha I was watching several of his critiques in the previous semester and YES!! An awesome guy he is! I'm so tired to write some more... was waitting till 3:40am for this + excitement is overhelming meeeee! :))
He is currently working at Sony Imageworks btw. Aaaaah hhaha I just can't wait Thursday (CET, Wednesday PST) and our first Q&A. :)
I'm just thinking what's the thing with Sony... Bill was there, Mike IS there, can I assume that my next mentor *will* be there? ;)
Aaah tough but great night! :) Cya all and good night.
Let me read, let me read!!! Suspense is wrecking meeee!!!
Animation Mentor: Fall 2005 Class Rosters
Sorry guys, I removed the link cause of the certain issues that just crossed my mind. :)
Huh... This week we have no assignment, yet there's a lecture which purpose it to round up everything that we covered so far and to prepare us for the next semester. I feel great when I look back and see what I learned so far, for less than three months. WOOO! As Bobby would say - AAAMMAAAAZIING! :)) Now we have this week to recapitulate things and the next one to get some rest before the upcoming storm. ;) Watching those Level B girls and guys make me scared. They-are-insane. Their work is a blast! Keep up with me in here and we'll see what I will do. There are sooo many things to learn and do. pffhuh We'll see. :)
The only thing that bothers me and it bothers me a lot is that we'll have our last Q&A with Bill tomorrow morning. :( I am so grateful to have him as a mentor, especially the first one cause every start is so important and he took care of us in the best possible manner. AM is great experience for me so far especially because of his dedication to us. Thanks Bill.
I'll post some of my recent work soon but now I'm off to bed to (finally) take some afternoon nap. :)
